Carol A. Graham, MD, graduated from the
University of Michigan and from Northwestern University School of Medicine
in Chicago. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was served at
Washington University Medical Center and Barnes Hospital in St. Louis,
Missouri. She completed her fellowship at Wayne State University where she
later became an attending physician in the Division of Urogynecology.
While part of the Wayne State faculty, Dr. Graham also conducted NIH
funded research studies of bladder overactivity using animal models.
Dr. Graham is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and
Gynecology and has published numerous articles in the medical
literature.

Michael H. Heit, MD, PHD, MSPH, graduated from the State University of
New York at Binghamton in Vestal, New York, in 1984 and from the St. Louis
University School of Medicine in 1988. In 1992, he completed his
Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Washington University Medical
Center in St. Louis, Missouri. He then completed a two-year fellowship in
Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Rush Presbyterian St.
Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Heit completed his doctoral work at
the University of Louisville. Dr.
Heit is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
and has published numerous articles in the medical literature.

Lee Epstein, MD, is our second year Urogynecology Fellow and started his training in July, 2005
after completing his residency in
Obstetrics
and Gynecology
at Northwestern University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Epstein graduated from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in
Detroit. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Epstein will
complete a Master’s of Science in Public Health during his three-year fellowship.
Dr. Epstein
is the recent recipient of the
2006 June Allyson Foundation grant for his work on
"Impact of systemic and vaginal elasticity on pelvic organ prolapse stage". |
